My girls' day care is inside of the Illinois Department of Revenue building. Tonight I was on my way to get them and got a phone call from the daycare telling me I canno get the girls yet because the building was on lock-down. They did not yet know why, but no one was allowed to go in or out of the building. I was greeted by a Secretary of State…
