Cool Website

http://www.votehelp.org/

I found this site today, and I think it is a pretty good one. If you take the quiz, answer all of the questions. It color codes your views with the candidates when you finish.

1) Cool website Jenn...my results didn't really surprise me but I did find it interesting to see where each candidate actually stands on the issues...especially the ones that are most important to me.

2) It told me that with around 85% certainty that Barak is my man. I'm kind of disappointed that it didn't give me more options.

3) That's pretty cool. I knew where I'd end up, but it could be a helpful tool for people that don't know as much about specific issues, or who are somewhat undecided, although I don't know how that would be possible considering their differences.

4) pretty generic. only two options and i do not agree on enough issues with either od them to give them my vote. i got placed with mccain but i'm no more aligned with him as obama

6) Wait. I am 91% McCain and 75% Obama. That's really weird to me. That means either I am a flip flopper, have my political philosophy all screwed up or Obama and McCain have the same views on many things. But then again I am a hard-core conservative who drives a painted hippie van, recycles and enjoys a good drag show. This website has proved to me that I am, in fact, a very strange cat indeed.

7) Thank you for sharing the website - it made me feel like I was right on track with my political views without getting into a heated debate - I have a hard time getting into heated discussions but I do like to listen to what people have to say on both sides of the ticket. Thank you...

8) Bek, my results were similar except flip-flopped. I was 96% Obama and 75% McCain. I was surprised that I was so close to both candidates, too. I've actually always liked McCain, so I shouldn't be too surprised.

Coal Yard - I specifically searched for a site that only looked at the two major candidates.

And, you can totally tell I'm a teacher because I loved the color coding. lol

16) I am like Jules - my results did not surprise me at all and I did find it very interesting to see where McCain stands regarding issues that are very important to me. There are a few that we disagree on but for the most part - I match up with him.
